This is a 400x magnification of a soil sample. I am unsure of what the brown object is. Piece of fungal hyphae, spore, what do you think?

Photo 11

400 x magnification. what would the large brown round object be?

Photo 12

As I was looking at this fungi, the organism on the lower right passed by. Is that a long chain of cocci? Good organisms or bad? I would also like your opinion on the fungi, beneficial, or non-beneficial?

How can I focus on amoving microbe at 400x?

Photo 29

I tapped on cover slip to break up large mass but nothing happened. What else can I do?

From mushroom substrate.

What is this?

Photo 31

Is the round dot a coccus?

Is the long rod a bacillus?

Photo 32

This long "thing" was much longer than would fit in a 100x image. Here are parts of it at 400x.
