1.  Many smaIl bacteria present: small cocci, some short, fat rods, and a filament of actinobacterium from top to bottom of the field, about mid-line of the field.

2.  Fungi bind the smaller bacterial aggregations into a larger aggregate. A strand of actinobacteria attaches clumps of organic matter.

3.  A mass of actinobacteria strands. Possibly a disease condition because all the actinobacteria are sucking up the oxygen, creating an anaerobic condition.
